April Tour + Another Single
Philly, Boston, Northampton, Brooklyn
“How We Always Gotta Be,” the second single from Extra Cheese, is OUT NOW. This time we went ahead and imagined what might happen if you just never said “when.” This video, like the last one, was directed by Michael Stone.
Unfortunately we’ve had more than a few streaming-related issues with this release, so the track might not be showing up on streaming just yet. It’ll get there eventually, but for now check out the video above or stream the song on Bandcamp at the link below.
Speaking of Bandcamp, there are only 7 copies of Extra Cheese vinyl left. I’ll have some records available for purchase on tour, but if you aren’t in the Northeast, you might want to act fast. I probably need to chill with the incredulity, but we really might sell out of Bandcamp vinyl before the album is even out??? Wow. Thank you so much to everyone who has preordered.
In related news, those preorders have already started shipping out. It’s been so exciting to see people get their hands on this album early. There is nothing cooler to me than people hearing the album for the first time on wax. Definitely keep those texts and social media posts coming—I absolutely love to see it.

See you out there?
Alright, that covers it. I hope you’re all staying sane. There’s so much to be disgusted by right now, and it’s tempting to disengage, but don’t do it. I appreciate these two recent articles by Ken Klippenstein underscoring the fact that public pressure still matters (even though it often doesn’t feel like it): here (on Minneapolis / Epstein) and here (on Kristi Noem). We’re in the early days of the least popular war in American history while ICE detention camps and AI data centers are being snuck into towns across the country. Let’s not let the people in charge and people we know forget how much we think this is all BULLSHIT. Unfortunately this IS who we (America) are, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to give up.
OK OK apologies for the digression…Extra Cheese drops March 27th, and I can’t wait for you all to hear it. Thank you for listening.
